Rooted Actives

Who we are

Rooted Actives is a mushroom & plant-based supplement brand in India, founded in 2020 in Gurugram. We make functional mushroom, Ayurvedic herb and plant-nutrition supplements and we publish a third-party lab report for every batch we release.
We started Rooted Actives because most people who want to look after their health can't tell what is really in the bottle. Labels list impressive ingredient names, but doses stay hidden, extracts stay vague and test results are nowhere to be found. We built this brand to change that.

Today, our range of Organic Health Supplement reaches 5M+ customers across India. Every product follows one rule: if we can't show you the proof, we don't sell it.

Our story
I didn't set out to start a supplement company. I started Rooted Actives because I was tired of products that promised the world but delivered less.
I believe in radical transparency, real ingredients and formulas that make a real difference.

Because when you choose better, everything gets better.

That search led me to functional mushrooms. The research was convincing. The products on the shelf in the market were not.
Once I started reading labels, the same problems kept appearing. Many products used mycelium grown on grain, so the finished powder is mostly starch rather than the compounds that matter. Others padded the formula with fillers, or named a mushroom on the front and used a dose too small to do anything. Almost none showed a lab report. I couldn't find a brand I would trust for my own family, so I built one. In 2020, I founded Rooted Actives in Gurugram with a simple standard: use the real mushroom, print the dose on the label and test every batch through an independent lab.

We have held to that standard ever since. It makes our products harder to make and costlier to source, and we think it is the only honest way to do this.

If you take one thing from this page, let it be this: you should never have to take a supplement brand's word for it. At Rooted Actives, you don't have to.

Our mission and vision

Mission: To make mushroom and plant-based nutrition that is real, correctly dosed and proven by independent testing, so you can choose what goes into your body with confidence.

Vision: To become India's most trusted name in mushroom and plant-based wellness, where showing the lab report is the standard for every brand, not the exception. That is the standard Rooted Actives sets for itself every day.
